AkTechpage.com Upgraded
Last Tuesday, I off(Cuti kejalah … ), so last night for the first time
ever after about 6 months AkTechpage.com revealed on internet, I
upgraded the Joomla! CMS which used to develop this website from version 1.0.10(Sundown) to version 1.0.12(Sunfire). Before upgrade, I have to backup all data in aktechpage.com host. Huh..it takes about 3 hours
to download all data in hosting server into my laptop, started from
11.00pm to 2.00am. After I upgrade, there’re 2 problems messages appear
on my control panel of Joomla!, it is about register global off and php security on instead off.
Joomla! 1.0.12 features:
- 140+ General Bug Fixes
- Several low level security fixes
- A full security audit of SQL queries
- SSL switchover support
Register
global off problems already settle after make reference on
documentation on Joomla.org but the second is still appear. I don’t
understand what is the error, maybe today or tomorrow I can to fix this
problem on myself. If I can’t fix, just ask solution from expertise in
the Joomla Malaysia Forum

Today I just want to sit in front of my laptop and try to see what is
the special features of Joomla! 1.0.12(Sunfire) on my site
aktechpage.com. The upgrade process to community portal have to hold on
for a moment (I have to make a research first). That’ll the post for
