Ramai orang beranggapan apa yang
betul dan apa yg salah adalah dua perkara yg saling bertentangan. Mereka
percaya kalau sesuatu itu betul, ia tidak mungkin salah. Mereka juga percaya
perkara-perkara yg dilakukan dgn betul menghasilkan kejayaan, manakala
kesilapan menghasilkan kegagalan. Oleh itu kehidupan ini menyediakan pelbagai
ganjaran untuk apa-apa yg betul, dan menyediakan pelbagai hukuman bg kesilapan
dan kesalahan.

 

Orang juga percaya bahawa
kejayaan dan kegagalan adalah dua perkara yg saling bertentangan - sesuatu kejayaan tidak mungkin berupa
kegagalan, manakala sesuatu kegagalan tidak mungkin merupakan kejayaan. Dalam
erti kata lain, mana mungkin orang yg gagal dianggap orang yg berjaya. Begitu
juga dikatakan, sesuatu yg betul tidak mungkin dapat diterima sebagai salah.
Benarkah begitu?

 

Sebenarnya, baik kejayaan mahupun
kegagalan, kedua-duanya tidak saling bertentangan, disebabkan kedua-duanya
adalah dua aspek proses yg sama, iaitu daya usaha. Seseorang yg tidak mempunyai
daya usaha tidak menghasilkan kejayaan mahupun kegagalan.

 

Mana-mana daya usaha yg
menghasilkan kejayaan, ia juga dapat menghasilkan kegagalan. Tanpa daya usaha,
tidak akan berlaku apa-apa, sama ada yg betul mahupun yg salah; baik kejayaan
mahupun kegagalan.

 

Meskipun perkara ini benar, namun
ramai orang tidak dapat menerima kesalahan dan kegagalan dengan hati terbuka.
Mereka menyediakan dua jenis insentif, satu untuk mendorong kejayaan, dan satu
lagi untuk mencegah kegagalan. Bagi setiap kejayaan disediakan intensif positif
seperti hadiah dan pengiktirafan. Bagi setiap kegagalan disediakan intensif
seperti hukuman dan tiada pengiktirafan.

 

Orang yg tidak cuba melakukan apa-apa yg baru tidak menghadapi risiko. Kalau anda seorang kerani,
dan anda terus membuat kerja-kerja perkeranian anda sekarang, anda tidak
menghadapi risiko, sebab anda sudah mahir membuat kerja-kerja itu. Tetapi jika
anda cuba
menukar kerjaya anda, daripada seorang kerani kepada seorang jurujual, anda sudah
pasti menghadapi risiko, disebabkan tugas-tugas kejurujualan adalah pekara baru
bagi anda.

 

Keupayaan berfikir secara kreatif
adalah penting untuk menjadi orang yg berjaya. Sebagai seorang jurujual,
pendapatan anda tidak ada batasnya. Bukan seperti seorang kerani, dimana gaji
anda sudah ditetapkan dari awal lagi
oleh majikan anda. Sebaliknya pendapatan anda sebagai jurujual tidak pernah
ditetapkan. Semakin banyak jualan anda semakin tinggi pendapatan anda. Untuk menjadi
jurujual yg berjaya, anda perlu mencari cara-cara baru untuk membuat lebih
banyak jualan. Ertinya seorang jurujual wajib memiliki daya kreatif. Ertinya
anda mencuba mencuba dan mencuba.

 

Sesetengah orang takut mencuba
perkara-perkara baru dan idea-idea baru disebabkan mereka takut menghadapi
risiko kegagalan. Ingatlah, Thomas Edison melakukan lebih daripada dua ribu
kegagalan sepanjang usahanya mencipta mentol elektrik.

 

Kajian-kajian yg dibuat oleh
pakar-pakar psikologi mendapati salah satu ciri peribadi yg ketara pada orang
yang kreatif ialah sifat sangat tabah dan cekal menghadapi kegagalan demi
kegagalan serta sifat tekun berusaha. Apabila mereka menghadapi masalah yang
sukar diselesaikan mereka menunjukkan sifat positif terhadap masalah tersebut.

 

Kesilapan ialah anak tangga
kegagalan. Kesilapan mempunyai fungsi produktif. Dengan mengetahui apa-apa yang
silap, kita dapat mendekatkan diri kepada apa yang betul. Demikianlah apa yg
terjadi kepada Thomas Edison. Setiap ujikaji yg gagal bermakna dia semakin
hampir kepada kejayaan. Ketabahan dan kecekalan untuk mengalami lebih dua ribu
kegagalan bukanlah sifat yg ada pada orang biasa. Dan orang-orang kreatif
memang bukan orang biasa.

 

Sifat tabah dan cekal tidak
timbul sendiri. Ia adalah hasil daripada proses mengalami kegagalan. Orang yg
belum pernah berulang-ulang kali gagal tidak ada latihan untuk menimbulkan
sifat-sifat tabah dan cekal. Jumlah kesilapan yg kita buat ditentukan oleh
berapa kali kita mencuba sesuatu. Semakin banyak kali kita mencuba, semakin
banyak peluang kita mencipta kesilapan, dengan itu juga kegagalan, barulah akan
muncul sifat tabah dan cekal dalam diri kita. Inilah asas praktikal daya usaha
kreatif.

 

Setiap kali kita mengelakkan
risiko, itu bermakna kita memilih apa yg tebukti selamat. Itu bermakna kita
hanya ikut sahaja apa yg orang lain sudah buat. Ia bermakna kita mengulang
kebiasaan. Orang yg bekerja dengan cara ini adalah orang yg mahir dan cekap
bekerja, tetapi mereka tidak kreatif. Mereka cekap membuat lebih banyak
perkara-perkara yg sama.

 

Suatu perkara lain yg membuat
kita selalu sahaja memilih jalan selamat ialah ciri personality kita. Ramai
orang memang tidak memiliki cirri-ciri berani berhadapan dengan risiko. Memang
mereka takut menghadapi apa jua bentuk risiko.

 

Orang yg berani mencipta
idea-idea baru sentiasa berhadapan dengan pelbagai risiko, antaranya
termasuklah kerugian kewangan, dicemuh, diejek ataupun disisihkan drpd
kumpulan. Tidak ramai orang yg memiliki ketabahan untuk melalui pengalaman
sebegitu.

ps : Now, I have bravery to do mistaken. Before this I really scare to make even a mistake, but please not to make a big mistake like isap dadah, mati oooo …. the concept of my life now is  Do what you believe right and learn from mistaken and failure if something you want you can’t get it. You can’t get everything in your life. Sometime you need lean on the fate of life. May ALLAH bless me in whatever I do ….

It’s have been a week World
Cup(WC) fever attack people around the world. From the East to the West, from
the South to the North. Every people talk about bola, bola dan bola. Nothing
else …. Started 9 June, everything is about World Cup, commercial tv, forum,
discussion, loafing time, working and even sleep about bola (Ade ke???). This
fever give me a little effect especially in my daily life too. For the 1^st
time ever (1st time lg…) I can enjoy WC fever sepenuhnya. Everyday I can watch
match on TV smp x larat nk tgk dah… 3 match daily, mane larat beb to watch all
of them. So, for the conclusion I just watch the chosen match only. Especially interesting
match, both teams are good and have a quality.

 

What is my favourite team in this
WC?? I choose 3 teams, there’re France,
Germany and Iran.
Iran
…. Heheheh do they have chance to win WC …. I think not. I support this team
because they’re muslim and the strongest Islamic country in the world right
now. I like their President, Ahmedinijad …. Lantang bersuara dan pakai baju
sempoi je … anak tukang besi bleh jadik President …. Kagum aku …. Malaysia
politics, Suck…opppssss terover plak … I’m not neither hijau or the blue
one…Just football fans this time. That’s why some expert said WC sometime about
politics, pride of country or race …Go Iran, Damn USA.

 

France,
this is my 1^st option to win WC. Why??? My favourite player is in
this team … Thierry Henry and they’ve won the cup once. I love watch Henry’s
skill when the ball at his feet. He can dribble the ball from midfield and then
score it alone. Beside that this team have another good player like Zidane,
Trezequet, Thuram, even most of them are veteran… I still like them. It’s very
upset when they still cannot score a goal when versus Switzerland
on that day. This is their 4^th consecutive match in WC don’t score
even a goal yet. Don’t worry, they’ll score after this. After this they’ll
versus South Korea
on June 19, 3.00 am on NTV7…. Wajib
tgk beb ….. although tomorrow day is working day.

 

Germany,
the home team. This is my 2^nd option to win the cup. I like this
team because this team are very low profile and always make shock. As usual,
like previous edition WC at Japan/Korea, many of football expert have doubt
about their chance to win the WC. In previous WC’2002, many football fans not
expect Germany
team will play in the final. Yeahh, they don’t have much famous/popular and talented player like Brazil,
Italy, Spain
or England. Try
ask ur friend who’s Germany
defender player. Not many know about their player. They just have a few famous
player like Oliver Kahn, Michael Ballack, Miroslav Klose and Jens Lehman . I
think only this 4 players people known about Germany
team player. How about Brazil
or England,
every player in both of this team known by most of people especially in Malaysia.
I wish Good luck to Germany
team.

 

Brazil,
when u talking about football, u’ll also mention about this country/team. Brazil
and football are 2 things where football fans can’t separate it. Brazil
is like football country, Brazilians to assume football is their god. If u ask
me which team have the best chance to win the WC, I’ll answer Brazil.
Why??? They have a lot of talented and famous player like no 1 player
Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Cafu, Dida, Roberto Carlos and the youngster Kaka and
Robinho in every position. They have complete package to be a perfect team. No
wonder most people predict this team will defend their title and win the cup
again. But I’m not really like this team because they’re so perfect, I don’t like
support the team which have proven good or the best, I like support the
underdog team but have a chance to win the title. That’s why in EPL, even Manchester United is the most favourite
FC in Malaysia
but it’s not to me. I love to support Arsenal
FC because this team not too strong and not too weak and also not too rich.

 

Lastly, we see on 9^th
July what team can hold WC for this edition. Before that, enjoy it and don’t
forget to working. Bola, bola gak …. Keje jgn lupa. That’s all from me, tq for
